Journal - What do you know about a Public Service Announcement? What do you think it is? What is the purpose of a PSA?

I know that Public Service Announcements usually address a common problem and suggest solutions to solve that problem. Public Service Announcements are presentations over a topic that affects the general public. They are meant to inform the public and get them involved. The purpose is to inform people about the problem and what should be done to fix it. Usually PSA's are created to try and solve a general problem that society faces.
